What does Green Tea 5:1 do? Jarrow FORMULAS® Green Tea 500 is water extracted and consists of 40% polyphenols, including 30% catechins. Catechins are flavan monomers, the building blocks of OPCs. OPCs, OligoProanthoCyanidins, are polymers (or chains) of flavans. Catechins are generally more bioavailable and more potent antioxidants than proanthocyanidins.

Suggested Usage Take 1-5 capsules per day with food, or use as directed by your qualified health care consultant.

NOTE: 1 capsule provides approximately 40 mg of caffeine. Pregnant or lactating women or individuals with hypertension or who have cardiovascular abnormalities should consult their quailified health care consultant before using this product.

Other Ingredients

Cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Capsule consists of gelatin.

Contains no other ingredients.
